Tithing is an important Foundational Element of Growing Green!

While we know we will do GREAT works in and for the World, there are organizations that currently have Boots-on-the-Ground and are spreading God’s Light and Love now.

 

A portion of every contribution Growing Green receives is given to these organizations for their Acts of Kindness and Good Deeds!!

Backpack Blessings

Teachers know a hungry child when they see one, and this organization partners with schools to send Backpacks of Food home to help stop hunger!!  

​

This is a local (Monroe County, Indiana) organization whose mission is to work with area schools and provide food for a number of children in need. 

Ke Nan Ke

Ke nan Ke means "heart to heart"!!

​

There are a few projects that they are involved with on an on-going basis.  Those include a feeding program, after-school activities and providing education. They have built homes, installed wells for clean water, delivered Christmas gifts, hosted orphanage play days, installed solar-powered lights and a host of other activities.  

​

They are located in Carterville, IL and spread light and love in Haiti!! 

Trail's End Wildlife Refuge

Trail's End Wildlife Refuge helps wounded, orphaned, and abandoned wildlife of all shapes and sizes!!

​

They are located in Morgan County, Indiana.

African Road

This organization is a Force for Positive change in Africa!!

​

African Road is built on a foundation of friendship with local partners and their communities in East Africa.
These partners – the Changemakers – inspire change through grit, integrity and sacrificial leadership.

​

They are located in Tigard, Oregon. 

​

They define "Hope" as: A realistic expectation and desire for something good, cultivated by imagination and the dreaming of dreams.

Fountains of Hope

"The vision of Fountains of Hope is to empower and equip the body of Christ to provide life-sustaining water for all of God’s children."

​

They work with local churches, ministries, businesses, and foundations who often have a specific location in mind, and FoH partners with them to provide successful water projects for their individual community's needs.  

​

They are located in Carmel, Indiana

​

They have provided 186 water projects across the World!!!  Yay!!!
